PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Any order placed on the website www.armistice.fr (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") shall be deemed an express acceptance by the User of the general terms and conditions of sale (referred to as "GTCS").
The GTCS govern all terms and conditions related to distance selling to Users via the Site.
The "User" is defined here as any adult, or minor with the consent of his/her legal representative, who visits and/or makes a purchase on the Site.
FRENCH DATA PROTECTION ACT
The User is informed that this automated processing of information has been the subject of a simplified declaration to the CNIL (the French data protection authority) by the Seller, being responsible for the processing of said information, under the number N° 2098046.
Each form or teleservice limits the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary and clearly states:
the purpose of collecting this data;
if the data is mandatory or optional in order for the management to handle User requests. Failure to provide information could hinder the processing of your request;
who will be able to read it (principally the Seller, unless otherwise specified in the input form where data transmission to a third party is strictly necessary for the management of your request);
The collection of this data pursues the following specific purposes:
the creation and management of the personal account, to manage any orders placed by the User and the preparation of relevant invoices, to respond to User queries and to inform the User of any new or modified services, the management of claims and after-sales service, management of customer loyalty schemes, prospecting, survey, product testing, promotional actions as well as sending out newsletters; the development of trade statistics; the organisation of contests, sweepstakes or any other promotional activity (excluding online gambling subject to the approval of the Autorité de Régulation des Jeux, the French online games regulatory authority);
The Seller will keep your personal data for the following periods:
all personal data collected from the User, being the Seller's customer, will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for a period of 3 years from the end of the said commercial relationship (for example from the date of your last purchase...);
all personal data collected from the User, being the Seller's prospect, will be kept for 3 years from either the date it was collected by the Seller or the date when the User last contacted the Seller (for example a product information request, clicking on a hypertext link contained in an email from the Seller...);
for personal data (identification data and sales data) necessary to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, in particular with respect to limitation or archiving periods. Data kept will observe legal periods of limitation (10 years maximum) and will be kept on a dedicated database archive;
for cookies, they will be kept in accordance with the provisions stated in the article "Cookies".
At the end of these deadlines, the personal data of the User will be either removed or anonymised for the purpose of studies and/or statistics.
For the purposes defined above, the Seller informs the User that the personal data of the latter:
is intended primarily for the services of the Seller;
could be securely communicated to the Seller's service providers, suppliers and subcontractors;
will be stored using all appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures to ensure data security and confidentiality, in particular to protect against data loss, accidental destruction, alteration, and unauthorised access;
could be securely transferred to third parties to prevent fraud and more generally any punishable criminal activity or to respond to any judicial orders or requests from administrative authorities.
is stored in France but can also be transferred to service providers or subcontractors in a country that is not a member of the European Community. This type of transfer of personal data will be carried out under and in compliance with the applicable laws and in a contractual framework determining the conditions of intervention and security of the service providers. The contractual framework complies with the European Commission decision of 5 February 2010 (2010/87 / EU) on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to subcontractors established in third countries under the Directive 95/46/EC.
In accordance with the Informatique et Libertés (French data protection act) of 6 January 1978 as amended, the User has, at any time, a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to all of their personal data. The User can exercise their rights by:
