Do you have a question regarding an order placed during the current Covid-19 crisis? Here are some answers to frequently asked questions.
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries of online orders are assured, however delivery times are likely to be extended. Deliveries will only be made to your home, by Colissimo (items will be left in your letter box) or UPS (dropped off by a delivery person, in accordance with current no-contact protocols).
We advise you to opt for UPS Standard delivery rather than Colissimo. This is because your delivery may not fit into your letterbox and will therefore be left for collection at your local post office.
Note: Colissimo has currently suspended deliveries to the following departments: 92, 93, 98. All Colissimo orders to these departments will be blocked. If your delivery address is in one of these departments, we recommend you choose UPS Standard delivery.
In France, Colissimo gives priority to packages fitting in the mailbox. If your order contains two pairs of shoes, we invite you to choose a delivery by UPS Standard.

When will my order be shipped?
We currently have a pared-downed team due to this period of uncertainty. There may, therefore, be delays in shipping your order.
La Poste now only delivers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
How do I collect my package from a relay point / post office?
- Relay point. The majority of relay points are closed. Rest assured that your package will be kept and you can pick up your order as soon as current self-isolation protocols are lifted and your relay point is once again open.
- Post office. To find out which post offices are open, please click on this link . Do not forget to take your "attestation de déplacement" and ID with you.
We have provisionally extended the delay for returned items. For orders placed between 1st March and 30th April 2020, the delay has been extended to 14 days after the end of the self-isolation period.

Our organisation is fully adapted to the current situation: order management is undertaken remotely, and shipping is being managed by a pared-down team and avoids all physical contact.
