When will my order be shipped?
We currently have a pared-downed team due to this period of uncertainty. There may, therefore, be delays in shipping your order.
How do I collect my package from a relay point / post office?
- Relay point. The majority of relay points are closed. Rest assured that your package will be kept and you can pick up your order as soon as current self-isolation protocols are lifted and your relay point is once again open.
- Post office. To find out which post offices are open, please click on this link . Do not forget to take your "attestation de déplacement" and ID with you.
We have provisionally extended the delay for returned items. For orders placed between 1st March and 11th May 2020, the delay has been extended to 14 days after the end of the self-isolation period.
